Caracol, Haiti, October 22 - US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and a star studded deligation, including former US President Bill Clinton, inaugarated a 300 million 600-acre intustrial park seen as central to the US efforts to help Haiti recover from the effects of the devastating 2010 earthquate.

Among the luminaries on hand for the openiong were actors Sean Penn and Ben Fuller, British Business tycoon Richard Branson, and Fashion designer Donna Karan.
