The Institute of the Black World 21st Century in conjunction with the Center for Inner City Studies and the Samuel Dewitt Proctor Conference presents A National/International  Forum: Revitalizing the Reparations Movement.

Keynote address by Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Chairman of CARICOM and leading voice for the demand that former colonialists pay reparations for native genocide and African enslavement.

Special guest: The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, The Nation of Islam

Special invited guest: Honorable John Conyers, Sr. Dean of the Congressional Black Caucus and sponsor of HR-40, The Reparations Study Bill.
