Houston, Caribbean-American Heritage Month Festival

The Caribbean American Heritage Month Festival is celebrated in June. Enjoy the great Caribbean Heritage celebration, complete with fabulous native music, exuberant cultural dancing and delicious authentic foods.  The festival is open to all groups and organizations and will continues to grow as a cornerstone of tourism and a display of culture in Houston, named the most diverse city in the United States, for many years to come. 

 

Caribbean, Latin and Spanish Caribbean nations take part in the festival, some adorned in their native, bright, colorful, cultural heritage customs. The festival has uniquely Caribbean flavor with the Caribbean sounds of Reggae, Soca and Merengue Latin-Pop, and cultural performances from various groups representing the Caribbean.
